HELLO everyone!
today is Customer Relationship Management!
Christopher's lesson!
he is the best facilitator i've ever been!
and i had the best day today,
he gave us an activity, and we all had fun with it!

so this is how the activity goes,
one representative is to help to set up the bombsite, you are not able to touch the sticky tapes.
so you have to do whatever ways you think is appropriate to cross over.
and at most, 3 tapes will be used to set up the bombsite.
and there will have a blindfolded, and a guide to guide the blindfolded.
and here the activity starts now.
sandra the blindfolded, chye the guide.
"ok, i tell you ar, put your right leg infront..."
"okok, now, lift up your right leg, slowly ar."
"okok, i think you better crawl on the floor, it's easier...."
and sandra did the leopard crawl! woot!
good attempt!
and she got out of there safe and sound!

this is the mastermind, he is the one who set up the obstacle, and attempting to trip everyone who attempted to cross over safely to the other side of the room.
so the class united, and make sure that he does not have the chance to cross over that easy.
and, instead of the usual 3 tapes, we gave him 5 tapes, and stick it all over the area, and we are gave the evil look. *heeh*
haha. and the objective of the game is telling us, what happens if there's no guide.
what will happen if in the real world, there's no customers, will profits still run in the company?
this tells us that in the real world, the company needs the customers, and the customers need the companies to get what they want, vice versa, we all need each other.
=))
so this is what i learnt today.
