after starhub training, i can foresee how tired i will be for this whole october.
first 2 weeks, we will be having classroom teaching what to take note of,
and for the next 2 weeks, we will be having an attachments to the grounds to train on the spot, listening to the seniors on how they pick up phones and handle situations.
sound interesting?
think twice.
it's one whole month of 7 to 11pm training straight after school.
argh.
but anyway, we are late for work on the first day.
we are suppose to reach at 6.45pm for the training, yet we arrive at 7pm only.
oh well, school held us up. what to do.
and the trainer gave me a bad impression and make me feel backing out immediately.
in the end, nah, i've decided to keep holding on. she's good, just that very strict.
at least in the end, i will learn how to pick up calls and handle crazy customers.
and also, the moment i opened the door, saw familiar face!
saw this guy eugene, whom i met during my little attachment with Lines company together to work with the PC show at suntec.
he was sitting beside my counter that time.
and after months, we met again!
such a coincidence.
after a short introduction, we started the lesson.
and after the lesson, we will be having a test tomorrow.
wa lao.
worst than understanding test, cause it will be a closed book test tmr.
omg.
it's been a long time since i have a closed book test.
er. one and a half years ago?
damnit.
LOOK at the time now!
it's not even an hour since i've reached home.
chiong-ed rj. and now chiong-ing to bathe then sleep.
i haven't bathe leh!!!!
